The Madison Liv Collection – House Rules Thank you for choosing to stay with us. To keep our homes in excellent condition for all guests, please review the following policies. Note: Additional charges may apply if these policies are not followed or if extra services are required. 🔞 Age Requirement – 21+ The primary guest must be 21+ and present during the stay. ID may be requested at any time. Reservations by or for underage guests will be canceled without refund. ⏰ Late Checkout (unless pre-approved) Our cleaning team is scheduled right at checkout. Fees: 10–30 minutes: $25 30–60 minutes: $100 60+ minutes: $250 Please request in advance if you need more time. 🛬 Early Check-In (when available & approved) 2–4 PM: Free 12–2 PM: $75 10 AM–12 PM: $150 Before 10 AM: ½ night’s rate Requests must be made at least 48 hrs in advance. 🧼 Excessive Cleaning Please leave the space tidy. Excessive mess requiring extra cleaning: $25–$500 (based on actual cost). 🍽️ Dishes Please load and run the dishwasher if used. Dirty/unattended dishes may result in $25–$50 additional cleaning. 🧺 Linens Missing or permanently stained towels/sheets will be billed at replacement cost + $10 handling fee. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors This includes vaping. Smoking indoors: $250–$500 remediation fee. 🐶 Pets Dogs only, with prior approval. Pet fee: $100 first dog, $100 each additional (max 2, under 50 lbs). Unauthorized pets: $250 per pet + damages. 🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts Replacement/reprogramming: $75–$150 depending on situation. 👥 Extra Guests / Parties Only registered guests allowed. Unauthorized guests or events: $250 minimum per occurrence. May result in removal without refund. 🛡️ Damage Waiver A non-refundable damage waiver is included: Little Lagoon $33 (covers up to $599) Summer Salt $39 (covers up to $799) Hangout House $56 (covers up to $1,000) Covers accidental damage only.
